Applications are invited for the post of Site Coordinator Under HEC funded project (No. 5(501)/ORIC-CPAS/HEC/2016)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• To coordinate and facilitate the management heads of the project about timely achievement of milestones.
• To coordinate with IT professionals for smooth deployment of project.
• Gather, analyze and evaluate project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements.
• Identify and mitigate constraints in implementation of project.
• A Monthly Progress Report, which provides a snapshot of the project’s implementation.
• Identify and document project issues and risks in information technology (IT) project plans and escalate to senior management.
• Provide complete assistance in conducting faculty members/staff training and informational sessions during project rollout.
• Comfortable in higher-level programming languages and database (Java, PHP, C++, SQL, Linux, Oracle etc.).

• Venue: Office of the Director (IT-Services), Room # 02, Vice Chancellor Secretariat, HH Campus, University of Gujrat.
• The eligible candidates are invited on a walk-in-interview at the given time and place along with one original & two sets of attested photocopies of certificates, three passport size photograph and curriculum vitae.
• Project Director will have exclusive right to terminate the engagement due to unsatisfactory performance.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
• No separate letter will be issued.
