Applications are invited for the post of Research Assistant for a 01-year contract (extendable) under HEC funded NRPU project (No. 6520) entitled “N-Substituted Sulfonamide Derivatives of Ibuprofen: Synthesis and Biological Evaluation Towards New Drug Discovery"

Job Description:

To perform project related experimental research work/ preparation of manuscripts/ thesis and presentations /regular meeting with supervisor to discuss research assignments/ gathers and analyzes data/ prepares materials or reports for submission to funding agencies / assistance to any other students working on assigned research projects/ project meetings/other duties as assigned by research supervisor/principal investigator.

• Date of Interview: Tuesday, March 06, 2018 Time: 1:30 pm
• Venue: Office of the Chairperson (Chemistry), Room # BS04. Jabir Bin Hayan Block, University of Gujrat, HH Campus, Gujrat.
• The eligible candidates are invited on a walk-in-interview at the given time and place along with one original & two sets of attested photocopies of certificates, three passport size photograph and curriculum vitae.
• Enrolled students of M.Phil Chemistry will be preferred.
• Principal Investigator (PI) will have exclusive right to terminate the engagement due to unsatisfactory performance.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
• No separate letter will be issued.
