Applications are invited for the post of Research Assistant for a 02 years contract (non-extendable) under HEC funded NRPU project (No. 6485/Punjab/NRPU/R&D/HEC/2016) entitled “Hyperexpression and Characterization of Mutant Cellulolytic Enzyme from Indigenous Strain of Aspergillus Niger"

Job Description: To perform project related experimental research work/ preparation of manuscripts/ thesis and presentations /regular meeting with supervisor to discuss research assignments/ gathers and analyzes data/ prepares materials or reports for submission to funding agencies / assistance to any other students working on assigned research projects/ project meetings/other duties as assigned by research supervisor.

• Office of the Chairperson (Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology), Room # 103, Omar-Al-Khayyam Block, University of Gujrat, HH Campus, Gujrat.
• The eligible candidates are invited on a walk-in-interview at the given time and place along with one original & two sets of attested photocopies of certificates, three passport size photograph and curriculum vitae.
• Enrolled student of M.Phil (Biochemistry and Molecular Biology/Biotechnology) will be preferred.
• Principal Investigator (PI) will have exclusive right to terminate the engagement due to unsatisfactory performance.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
• No separate letter will be issued.
